FAQs
Q: How do I book an appointment?
A: We are currently only accepting a limited amount of portrait commissions, including some special projects during 2023. Some pretty exciting ideas are in the works!
Q: What are your prices?
A: Unlike a typical photography studio, we don't charge an upfront fee or shoot "by the hour" (and we don't photograph everyone who walks in the door). We do not photograph weddings or events. If we decide we want to work together on a portrait of you, your family (or your family + pets), all the upfront costs are waived. You pay only for the prints, coffee table books or digital images you wish to purchase. There is no minimum purchase requirement. We review the proofs and make the purchase decisions with you (in person or via Zoom) so you have all the options and informations at your Order session.
Our average client spends $1000-$2500 for their portraits depending on what they order and how they decide to use their them.
Q: Can I do my session outdoors?
A: Of course, the world is our studio!
Q: What do you mean by "fine art photography"?
A: Currently, I am photographing patterns and textures in nature and creating abstract images that play with color and light. I use both antique film cameras and state of the art digital cameras that help me create a truly unique art piece for the wall. You can see samples: www.teresabergphotography.com But, portraits can also be "fine art." I use the term to express intention and quality. Both of which are present in every piece I create.
Q: Credit cards?
A: Yes -- we take all major credit cards
